Ingredients
Your Fresh Ontario Lamb roast
Your favorite Lamb seasoning (We mix our own rosemary and Garlic that pairs perfectly)
Preparation
Bone IN Leg of lamb
2.5Kg Leg of lamb
Seasoned 2-3 hours before cooking
Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
Cooktime 1.75-2 Hours
Remove when internal temperature is 57C (135F)
Let rest for 20-30 Minutes covered
BoneLESS Leg of lamb
2.5Kg Leg of Lamb
Seasoned 2-3 Hours before roasting
Preheat oven to 170C (325F)
Cooktime 2-2.5 Hours
Remove when internal temperature is 54C (130F)
Let rest for 20-30 Minutes covered
Bone IN Lamb Shoulder
2-2.5Kg Lamb Shoulder
Seasoned 30 minutes before roasting
Preheat oven to 240C (465F)
Cooktime : 240C for 3-5min, reduce temp to 180C (350F) and cover for about 3 hours
Remove when the meat pulls way from the bones easily
Let rest for 20 Minutes covered
Tied BoneLESS Lamb Shoulder
1.8-2Kg Lamb Shoulder
Seasoned 30 minutes before roasting
Preheat oven to 240C (465F)
Cooktime : 240C for 3-5min, reduce temp to 180C (350F) and cover for about 3 hours
Let rest for 20 Minutes covered
